The theatre can sometimes be a difficult place for many people, for many reasons. Many children with additional needs find the theatre overwhelming and unsettling and that's why we've launched our Sensory Space.
The Sensory Space is an informal, sensory break-out space, specially designed for those with additional needs. What's more, the Safe Space will have a live video feed from the theatre, so you can come out of the theatre and never miss a moment of the show.
The Sensory Space will be open on select performances so that children who become overwhelmed can continue to enjoy the show in a quieter, more nurturing and safe environment. There's no need to book a ticket for the Sensory Space, it will be available to all ticket holders for that particular show.
