We Are Watching

Doncaster Racecourse

Thu 07 October - Fri 08 October

We Are Watching is a monumental eye, made up of thousands of portraits contributed from 190 countries.

It flies high above cities on a flag the size of a 10-storey building. Raised at key climate events to hold leaders accountable as they decide the future of our planet, its message is crystal-clear: the eyes of the world are upon you. Artivist Dan Acher’s globally participative work first flew at Madrid’s COP25 UN Climate Change Conference. Its ongoing mission is to take the eyes of the world around the globe, Doncaster is one stop on the way to COP26. Join us as we mark the moment with speakers and young voices from across Doncaster.

Global Streets is funded by Arts Council England and managed by FESTIVAL.ORG.

We Are Watching will be available to enjoy at Doncaster Racecourse throughout Thursday 7 & Friday 8 October.
