We're committed to doing our bit to save the NHS, slow the spread of COVID-19 and help keep our local people safe. We're also redoubled in our efforts to bring people together and be creative. So we're thrilled to be launching our new campaign:

Stay Creative

Stay Connected

Stay at Home

This new season of work features loads of ways you can get involved, be creative and enjoy amazing arts experiences from your home. Here's just some of the events and projects we've got coming up, but we'll also be doing more online, over the phone and by post.

Play Reading Club

We're moving our Play Reading Club online, so join us via Zoom! Everyone is welcome, and it's totally free. Bring your own cuppa and biscuit and enjoy reading, or listening, to a play together as a group.

Scriptworks is Doncaster's writing group welcoming anyone who has a love of story telling. We'll be doing these by Zoom too, and these workshops will focus on a broad range of playwriting techniques and tips.

Streamed Shows

Getting you through lock down, we'll be circulating a couple of recorded versions of shows from our partner companies or those due to perform in our spaces.

Cast Quiz

Quiz You Like It? Quiziolanus? Henry the Quiz Part 1? Quiz on a Hot Tin Roof? Join us every Wednesday night for a short theatre trivia quiz. Bring your own pints.

Creative Fun for Big and Little Kids

We'll be circulating fun drama activities to do at home with your kids, with a handful of games and activities to keep them occupied, grow their imaginations and bring the whole family together through play.

Zoom Meet and Greets

Once a fortnight we'll host a special guest for an informal Facebook Live meet and greet.

Digital Scratch Night

In June, join local and regional artists as they showcase and test out their latest work-in-progress. Cast's Scratch Night has no limits and will involve a whole range of work performed from digital and comedy, to new theatre, spoken word performances and experimental work.
