Box Office Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a people focused and data driven Box Office Manager to join the Team at Cast.

The successful applicant will be an experienced audience and ticketing professional with a passion for the arts and culture and the important role it plays in the promotion of health and wellbeing. With a proven ability to manage a CRM system, meet financial targets and develop relationships with audiences, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the Box Office Team and collaborate with the Front of House and Communications teams to create a seamless Customer Journey.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop Cast’s fundraising offer, taking the lead on the stewarding of donors and potential givers. ensuring that messaging reaches the widest range of potential audiences.

Hours Per Week         

37 hours per week with some home-working possible 
 

Salary

 £21,932
